MATERIALS
Yarn: 4 (5, 5, 5, 6, 6, 6) skeins of House Sport by House of A La Mode; 3 (4, 4, 4, 5, 5, 5) skeins of MC and 1 (1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1) skein of CC. Approx. 1060 (1220, 1360, 1480, 1600, 1740, 1900) yards / 970 (1120, 1240, 1350, 1460, 1590, 1740) meters of sport weight yarn:
840 (1000, 1120, 1240, 1340, 1460, 1640) yards / 770 (920, 1000, 1130, 1220, 1350, 1500) meters in MC.
220 (220, 240, 240, 260, 260, 260) yards / 200 (200, 220, 220, 240, 240, 240) meters in CC.
Sample knit in size 3 and in colors Apricot (MC, caramel) and Melon (CC, coral-orange).
Needles: US 2½ (3 mm) and US 1½ (2.5 mm) circular needles, 32” (80 cm) long, and dpns in each size if not using magic loop method for short circumference knitting.
SIZING
1 (2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7)
Finished chest circumference: 34 (38, 42, 46, 50, 54, 58)” / 85 (95, 105, 115, 125, 135, 145) cm. Choose a size with approx. 2-4” (5-10 cm) of positive ease.
GAUGE
24 stitches and 30 rows = 4” 10 cm in Stockinette stitch, using larger needle, after blocking.
