Halo Socks are knitted with a lovely, high-twist BFL sock yarn from Lanitium ex Machina. The socks feature cables and some garter stitch for an interesting mixture of textures.
MATERIALS
Yarn: 1 (1) skein of BFL Sock Twist by Lanitium ex Machina (80% BFL, 20% nylon; 400 yds [366 m] / 100 g). Approx. 330 (395) yds [300 (360) m] fingering weight yarn. Sample socks are knitted in size 1 and in color Mutation.
Needles: US 1½ (2.5 mm) and US 0 (2 mm) dpns or circular needle, if you are using magic loop technique. Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.

Finished circumference of the foot of the sock: 8 (9)” / 20 (23) cm.
GAUGE
32 sts and 44 rounds = 4” (10 cm) of Stockinette stitch, using larger needles, after blocking.
